My Approach
The most important and fundamental part of my approach as a Psychotherapist is that all the work i have ever done and will do is driven by a Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, and evidence based practice. This to me means that I don’t look at people with any bias of their condition and accept that people are individuals who happen to be living with a particular set of mental health challenges at a particular time. This type of approach is helpful in understanding people better and is a more down-to-earth and humanistic way of looking at therapy.
